Food Wars!

Souma Yukihira has grown up working toward two goals: defeating his father in a cooking contest and eventually taking over their family diner. Those plans change when his father closes the restaurant and sends him to Totsuki Academy, an elite cooking school where only a small fraction of students graduate. Souma immediately encounters fierce standards and talented rivals, including Erina Nakiri, known as "God Tongue," who tries to keep him from even entering the school. Rather than being intimidated by the academy's reputation, Souma resolves to rise to the very top.
