Souma Yukihira

Souma Yukihira is Jouichirou Yukihira's son and worked at the family restaurant until it closed. He becomes a student at Tootsuki Culinary Academy and lives in Polar Star Dormitory, carrying into the elite school an energetic drive to improve his cooking and compete with his father. Souma experiments freely, learns from mistakes, and favors the adaptable "Yukihira Style" he learned from Jouichirou, valuing resourceful use of ingredients and customer satisfaction over prestige.
