Ryouko Sakaki is a gentle, level-headed Polar Star resident who comforts other students when they are troubled. Fermentation is her culinary specialty, influenced by her parents' well-known fermented-goods shop, and she keeps a workshop near the dormitory for producing her own ingredients.
Story spoilers
During the Autumn Elections, she serves curry soy-natto rice using fermented ingredients and ultimately places seventh in her block.
