Takumi Aldini

Takumi Aldini is the elder nephew of the owner of Trattoria Aldini in Florence and enrolls at Tootsuki at his uncle's request. Specializing in Italian cuisine, he uses a broad, flexible approach that incorporates ingredients and methods from other styles, and he is deeply supportive of his younger brother Isami. Takumi also considers Souma a worthy rival and repeatedly seeks chances to compete with him.
