Durarara!! X2

Durarara!! X2 returns to Ikebukuro six months after the turmoil that shook the city. Peace appears to have returned: students resume their everyday lives, Shizuo Heiwajima keeps working, Izaya Orihara prepares another scheme, and the headless rider Celty remains pursued by police. The calm is temporary, however, as unfamiliar disturbances gradually build toward another storm across the city.
