Shinra Kishitani

Shinra Kishitani is a young underground doctor who lives with Celty and is also her lover. He spends much of his time indoors and wears his white doctor's coat even away from work. A childhood acquaintance of Shizuo and Izaya, Shinra is fascinated by unusual phenomena such as Shizuo's strength and Celty's healing and headless physiology. He also seems unusually good at reading Celty's emotions despite her lack of facial expressions.
