Ghost in the Shell

In 2029, cybernetic government agent Motoko Kusanagi is pursuing a mysterious digital threat known as the Puppet Master. The entity can infiltrate human hosts, making the investigation far more dangerous than an ordinary hunt for malicious software.

Working with her fellow agents in Section 9, Kusanagi enters a high-tech pursuit to locate and capture the elusive target. The Puppet Master's ability to move through connected systems and human bodies makes it difficult to contain, turning the case into a race against an adversary whose presence can extend far beyond a single physical location.
