Biography
Nakamura is a chief official at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and head of Public Security Section 6, where he investigates mysterious cases. While pursuing the illegal hacking program known as 2501, he repeatedly clashes with Section 9. He appears in the original movie and later returns in Solid State Society.
