Togusa
トグサBiography
Togusa is the newest member of Section 9 and comes from the regular police rather than Kusanagi's SpecOps team. He has only basic augmentation beyond his cyberbrain, and the Major values the conventional police perspective he brings to a heavily specialized unit. Togusa has a spouse and child and continues to carry a modified Mateba revolver.
