Clannad

Clannad follows Tomoya Okazaki, a bitter third-year high school student whose mother has died and whose father has turned to alcohol and gambling. Tomoya has become distant from his father and drifted into delinquency. On the way to school, he meets Nagisa Furukawa, an older student repeating the grade because of illness. Most of Nagisa's friends have already moved on, leaving her alone. As Tomoya and Nagisa begin spending time together, his life starts moving in a new direction.
