Story spoilers
She once served the Millennium Earl before Marian Cross converted her and won her loyalty. Cross later sends her to deliver a message to Lenalee's group and guide them toward Edo. Although her Akuma appearance seems male, Sachiko is female in human form; she remains partly affected by the Earl's will and is eventually destroyed by dark energy from a combined Akuma.
