Biography
Petr Čapek is the mysterious bespectacled man at the top of the organization, responsible for numerous incidents and trying to control a figure called "the devil" by arranging a meeting with Christoph Sievernich.
Story spoilers
Čapek was once Franz Bonaparta's apprentice and participated in the experiment involving the Liebert twins. Paranoia drives him to kill a bodyguard who was merely reaching for a lighter; his other guards then execute Čapek in retaliation. He was also a childhood friend of Milan Kolacsh, whose loved ones Čapek killed.
