Story spoilers
Tsuchimikado is a former Necessarius agent who becomes a freelance spy working across several organizations under the sorcery name Fallere825. Descended from Abe no Seimei's line, he was once a skilled Onmyouji before entering Academy City's ESP development program. His Level 0 Auto Regeneration lets him repair some of the damage caused by using magic, making him a rare magician-esper hybrid, though casting remains extremely painful. He also belongs to GROUP.
