Monad Proxy is Proxy Thirteen, creator and supervisor of Mosko Dome, and is entrusted with Ergo Proxy's memories.
Story spoilers
Ergo Proxy kills Monad early in the series. She is later remade in Re-l Mayer's image, sprouts wings, and perishes in sunlight after bidding Vincent farewell.
