Mephisto Pheles

Mephisto Pheles is the chairman of True Cross Academy and an Exorcist. He can transform into a small dog after counting down from three in German and describes himself as an honorary knight, two ranks below Paladin. His true strength remains unclear, and he has allowed several higher-class demons onto the academy grounds.
