Biography
Lordgenome is the ominous Spiral King who rules from Teppelin. He is an immortal human said to have lived for more than a thousand years.
Story spoilers
He suppresses humanity underground while claiming to protect it from a greater catastrophe. Simon ultimately defeats him with the Core Drill. Lordgenome's recovered memories reveal that he once fought the Anti-Spirals as one of the Spiral Knights, and his revived head is later used to control Arc-Gurren before being relocated to Cathedral Terra, apparently for the same purpose.
