Heaven Canceler

Heaven Canceler, often called the “Frog-Faced Doctor” by Touma, is an exceptionally skilled and compassionate physician capable of treating even extremely severe illnesses and injuries. Certain brain-related damage lies beyond his ability to fully repair, though he can devise workarounds. He also manages Aleister Crowley's life-extension systems.
