Esteban

Esteban is an impulsive, adventure-loving orphan rescued at sea as a child by the Spanish navigator Mendoza. He carries one of two sun medallions and is known in his hometown as the “Child of the Sun,” despite having a fear of heights. He joins a Spanish expedition searching for one of the Seven Cities of Gold in hopes of finding his father.
