Enigma

Enigma is a powerful phantom who can steal an ability user's powers through a kiss and use those abilities herself. She appears as a young woman in dark clothing and a black hat, evoking an Old West gunslinger.

Cunning and deceptive, Enigma is willing to use underhanded tactics to get what she wants.
