Myriad Colors Phantom World

In the near future, beings once dismissed as ghosts and monsters have become real phenomena known as phantoms. Haruhiko Ichijou is a first-year student at Hosea Academy, where several students possess unusual abilities suited to fighting them.

His upperclassman Mai Kawakami uses the "Spirit of Five Elements," Reina Izumi possesses an ability called "Phantom Eater," and Koito Minase battles phantoms on her own. Their supernatural encounters unfold alongside the ordinary difficulties of high school life. As the group deals with both, a particular incident eventually begins drawing them toward deeper questions about the nature of the world they inhabit.
