Bulat

Bulat is a former high-ranking Imperial officer once known as "100 Man-Slayer Bulat." After his superior is framed for resisting the Prime Minister's agenda, Bulat turns against the Empire, joins the Revolutionaries, and eventually Night Raid. His Armor-type Teigu, Demon Armor: Incursio, is sealed as a short sword and envelops its user in full-body armor when released.
