Beloukas

Beloukas is a slave dealer who sells slaves to Naofumi Iwatani and performs slave and monster seal rituals. Despite the nature of his trade, he is described as an honest salesman. At Naofumi's request, he also searches for enslaved former residents of Raphtalia's village.
