The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 2

With another Wave only a week away, Naofumi Iwatani and his companions expect little time to prepare. Their plans are disrupted when bat familiars attack Lurolona Village and the Wave countdown suddenly stops. The Four Cardinal Heroes are summoned by Queen Mirelia Q Melromarc, who suspects the disturbances are connected to the awakening of the Spirit Tortoise.

The creature poses a threat serious enough to demand immediate action, and a plan is formed to stop it before the situation worsens. Yet when the heroes are asked to cooperate, Naofumi is the only one willing to join the effort. The new crisis therefore pushes the Shield Hero and his party toward a battle that has emerged before the expected Wave can even begin.
