Story spoilers
Krory's teeth are made of Innocence, and the people he instinctively attacked were Akuma. Allen and Lavi eventually recruit him as an Exorcist. His blood-based Innocence grants tremendous strength, lets him consume Akuma blood to recover and temporarily grow stronger, and allows him to manipulate blood for techniques including Crimson and the detached winged form Bloody Krory. He also falls in love with Eliade without initially knowing that she is an Akuma.
