Amnesia is an AutoReiv entrusted to guard Ergo Proxy's lost memories in a hidden underground area of Mosko accessible with a Proxy pendant.
Story spoilers
Proxy One reaches Amnesia before Vincent and destroys the AutoReiv to prevent Vincent from recovering those memories. Found broken in a chair, Amnesia repeats a cryptic message about what was divided becoming whole again, pointing the group back toward Romdo.
