Kakegurui

At an exclusive private academy for the wealthy and influential, ordinary classes are only part of the education. The school doubles as a gambling arena where students compete through bluffing, manipulation, secret dealings, and high-stakes wagers. Money determines status, and those who dominate the betting hierarchy wield enormous social power. The arrival of Yumeko Jabami disrupts that carefully maintained order. Rather than treating gambling simply as a route to money or influence, she pursues the thrill of the gamble itself. Her appetite for risk unsettles established students and turns her into a direct challenge to an academy where control of the gambling tables has long meant control of everyone else.
