Tom is a Japanese composite artist and designer whose affiliations have included Digital Noise. Tom's anime credits include design work on Re:ZERO and Uncle from Another World, along with prop design for Steins;Gate The Movie – Load Region of Déjà Vu, No Longer Allowed in Another World, and Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Cour 2 - Eris the Goblin Slayer.
