Michael Booth is an English food and travel writer and journalist whose work has appeared in publications including the Independent on Sunday, Condé Nast Traveller, Monocle, and Time Out. His book Sushi and Beyond: What the Japanese Know About Cooking was adapted into the anime Sushi and Beyond, for which he is credited as original creator.
