Kei Kusunoki is a manga artist whose work spans horror and comedy. She debuted while still in high school with Nanika ga Kanojo tori tsuita? in Ribon Original in 1982, and her anime credits include original-creator roles for Blood Reign: Curse of the Yoma, Ogre Slayer, and Yagami-kun no Katei no Jijou.
