Araki Joh is a manga writer best known for his collaboration with Kenji Nagatomo on Bartender and its sequels Bartender à Paris and Bartender à Tokyo. His other writing includes Sommelier, La Sommelière, and Oui Chef!, and he is credited with the original story for both Bartender anime adaptations.
