Story spoilers
Yuuhi is Mitsurugi Meiya's twin sister. The two were separated at birth because twins were considered bad luck, but Yuuhi continued to care deeply for Meiya, ordering Tsukuyomi to guard her and later offering her a personal purple Type-00R. In Altered Fable, Yuuhi is the heir to the Mitsurugi Zaibatsu and carries a naginata called the Koubu Kisaragi.
