Yutaka Hasebe

Yutaka Hasebe is a third-generation city employee assigned to the welfare department's first section, which issues nursing certifications. He presents himself as talented and charming despite being a slacker, but readily helps Yamagami and Saya when difficult clients cause trouble. He also regularly teases Yamagami.
