Yumi Oomura

Yumi Oomura works alongside Hideki at the Japanese pub My Pleasure and is the owner's daughter. She feels inferior to Persocoms and becomes upset when human-sized models are mentioned.
Story spoilers
Despite initial hints of romantic interest in Hideki, it is later revealed that Yumi thinks of him as a big brother. Her unease around Persocoms stems from her past relationship with Hiroyasu Ueda. After learning that his former Persocom wife was also named Yumi, she feared she could never measure up. Hideki eventually helps her understand Hiroyasu's feelings, and the two begin seeing each other again.
