Character profile
Yukio Hirayama
平山幸雄Fake Akagi
Biography
Yukio Hirayama closely resembles Akagi and is presented by Yasuoka to the Kawada yakuza group as the real Akagi Shigeru. He is highly skilled at mahjong through calculation and memory, but lacks the nerve required for a genuine high-risk gamble.
