Yukimura Kusunoki
楠幸村Biography
Yukimura Kusunoki is introduced as Kodaka's stalker and claims to be male despite a distinctly feminine appearance. Deeply admiring Kodaka's perceived masculinity, Yukimura becomes his self-declared "underling" in hopes of becoming stronger and more manly, and joins the Neighbor's Club as its fourth member. Yukimura is formal, highly dedicated, interested in samurai, and usually difficult to faze.
Story spoilers
Yukimura eventually becomes friendlier with the other club members. Volume 8 confirms that Yukimura originally joined only to serve Kodaka. It is later revealed that Yukimura is actually a girl who grew up believing she had a duty to fulfill her family's desire for a son, explaining her fixation on becoming more masculine.
