Yousei-san

Yousei-san are fairies visible to elves who can sense and manipulate mana. Because the fairies exist everywhere, they know a great deal about different places. Humans from Kanagawa can also come to see them after spending long periods in mana-rich natural areas, owing to distant elven ancestry.
