Biography
Youko Mizuno enters Lillian in her first year of middle school. Despite coming from another school system, she is asked to deliver the first-year welcome speech. Calm but sharp, with a mischievous streak, she has a strong desire to help others, which Sei calls meddling.
Story spoilers
Youko takes Sachiko as her petite sœur and continues to regard herself as Sachiko's onee-sama even after graduating. After leaving Lillian, she attends law school because she wants a path that will let her help people.
