Youko Katsuragi
桂木洋子Sister Blue Rayer (シスタレイヤー) / Scarlet Church (スカーレット・チャーチ)
Biography
Youko Katsuragi plays Sister Blue Rayer, Scarlet Church, in Cosprayers. Unlike her rival Natsumi, she is confident in her acting ability. Her teasing of Naoto is opportunistic rather than sincere, aimed at persuading the scriptwriter to give her larger roles.
