You Hinomura

You Hinomura begins as a Japanese potter who acquires film evidence of an assassination carried out by the powerful Chinese mafia known as the 108 Dragons. When he refuses to hand it over, the organization kidnaps and hypnotizes him, training him as an assassin and tattooing his body with dragons. He is called "Crying Freeman" because he weeps after killing and longs to regain his freedom.
