Yomiko Readman

Yomiko Readman is a bespectacled, introverted substitute teacher who prefers to immerse herself in books. She spends nearly all of her income on them and fills her apartment from floor to ceiling with her collection. Yomiko lives in Tokyo's bookstore-filled Jinbocho district and is half-Japanese and half-English.
