Character profile
Yato Unicorn
一角獣星座の耶人Biography
Yato is the 18th-century Unicorn Saint and a partner of Pegasus Tenma at the Sanctuary, though the two initially do not get along. He considers it an honor to fight beside comrades he regards as stronger or more important, and his shown technique, Unicorn Gallop, is a powerful kick. His feelings toward Sasha may be romantic, but his actual feelings remain uncertain.
Story spoilers
During an early mission in the manga, Yato is defeated and believed dead by the other Saints, but survives and later finds a dying Tenma. After initially mistaking Yuzuriha for an enemy, he learns she is an ally, and Yato and Tenma are taken to Jamir where his Cloth is repaired.
