Character profile
Yasuaki Abe no
安倍泰明Biography
Abe no Yasuaki is the Genbu of Earth among the Hachiyō, an Onmyōji and successor to the famous Abe no Seimei. Calm, detached, and strongly guided by logic, he can come across as cold because he views duty in stark, practical terms.
Story spoilers
Unlike the other Hachiyō, Yasuaki was not born human: Seimei created him through magic. Although he has the appearance of a 21-year-old man, he has actually been alive for only two years, contributing to his emotional simplicity and naivety.
