Yamato Houtsuin

Yamato Houtsuin is the director of JP's and leads its attacks against the Septentriones. Calm under pressure, he is portrayed as intelligent, decisive, and effective in command. His upbringing left him lacking common sense about things his guardians never taught him, and he judges individual worth primarily by achievement rather than money or power, believing the strong should lead.
