Xing Chen

Xing Chen is 16 at the start of the story, 174 cm tall, holder of the Heart Lamp and the sole remaining Exorcist, making Xing Chen the Great Exorcist of the generation. After the master's death, Xing Chen descended Mt. Hua to find his Protector and restore the missing spiritual qi of Heavens and Earth. Curious, trusting and naive, Xing Chen likes reciting encyclopedic definitions and telling drawn-out stories. Overall optimism is tempered by knowledge of an exceedingly short lifespan, which sometimes makes Xing Chen hesitant to form deep relationships.
