Wolfgang Woerns

Wolfgang Woerns is the 50-year-old commander of Watcher's Nest, a German officer rarely seen without a serious scowl. With limited success containing the Ghoul, his responsibility is largely to keep Watcher's Nest holding out as long as possible. There are rumors that he is considering Ertiana to replace him.
