William T. Spears

William T. Spears is a supervisor in the Death Gods' Dispatch Management Division. Calm and emotionally restrained, he is strict about rules, seemingly devoted to his work, and dislikes anyone who creates unnecessary problems. He also seems to dislike overtime. He has a particular contempt for demons and regularly insults Sebastian Michaelis, although the anime sometimes has the two cooperate.
