William B. Baxter

William Baxter is a somewhat talkative but insightful and empathetic young man living near Gianas who nurses Renton back to health. He prefers working with nature rather than dominating it and maintains a thriving, overgrown vegetable garden. He lives with his wife Martha, a former engineer who does not answer him audibly.
