Wato Chiyoko

Wato Chiyoko is a self-confident, tomboyish high-school student with different relationships to Sharaku across adaptations. In The Three-Eyed One, she is his friend and keeper and alone can remove or replace the bandage sealing his third eye and powers. In the Black Jack television series, she is instead his older sister, regularly pushing him to be more confident and finish his homework.
