Watari Yutaka

Yutaka Watari is Tsuzuki's cheerful friend and a research-and-development scientist whose mechanical-engineering background supports a habit of inventing whatever interests him. He also handles computer maintenance and repair, travels with an owl called 003, and can bring his drawings to life despite being a poor artist. Watari serves as the shinigami for Henjoucho, the sixth sector covering Osaka and Kyoto.
