Wakaba Kutsuki

Wakaba Kutsuki is Futaba's younger sister and treats her with deep respect, addressing her as "onee-sama." She is almost always accompanied by a potted cactus named Togemura, which she talks to as if it were a person and which seems able to communicate back. Wakaba also uses Togemura for fortune-telling and as a weapon when protecting herself or her friends.
